摘要
目的 :通过观察膨体聚四氟乙烯 (expandedpolytetrafluoroethylene,ePTFE)膜在牙周组织再生术后牙周膜细胞 (periodontalligamentcells,PDLCs)附着生长和细菌分布情况 ,间接了解纤维蛋白黏合胶 (fibringlue,FG)在牙周引导组织再生中的应用效果。 方法 :人工制备犬下颌前磨牙根分叉区牙周组织缺损 ,随机分组置入膜材料和FG ,6周后将ePTFE膜取出 ,常规制作扫描电镜样本进行观察。结果 :FG组冠向部膜未见上皮细胞的附着 ,且细菌附着量更少 ;FG组的中部膜上附着的纤维细胞更密集。结论 :FG对PDLCs无毒性或抑制作用 ,有较好的生物相容性 ,可促进PDLC向牙根面的迁移和附着 ,同时还可抑制细菌的附着 。
AIM:To evaluate the effects of FG in the treatment of degree II furcation defects indirectly by observing the histological changes in the guided tissue regeneration(GTR) through expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) barrier membrane. METHODS:Models of degree Ⅱ furcation artificial defects was made by surgery on the premolars of dogs. The defects were treated with different methods randomly. ePTFE membranes was removed 6 weeks after operation and observed under Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). RESULTS: The external upper surface has large amount of lymphocytes.Less bacterial contamination of the membranes is observed in the FG group than the control. More fibrocytes are observed on the external lower surface in the FG group. CONCLUSION:The FG has good biocompatibility and can close the primary wound with reducing the downgrowth of junctional epithelium, and can also significantly improve the periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of artificial furcated defects.
