This article discusses the making of the multimedia courseware of Microbiologic Light-microscopic Structure and its application in the teaching reform at medical colleges,pointing out the drawbacks of the traditional teaching pattern,and illustrating the function of multimedia-aided teaching in the reform of micro-morphometric teaching.
