我院2001年～2002年抗微生物药物应用频度分析

Analysis of Applicational Frequency of Antibiotic Drugs in Our Hospital During the Period 2001～2002

目的 :了解我院抗微生物药物的应用情况及趋势 ,为临床医护人员及产、供、用单位有关人员提供参考。方法 :以限定日剂量 (DDD)、用药人次 (DDDs)、零售金额 (元 )、每日药费 (元 )为统计指标 ,对我院 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 2年抗微生物药物的应用情况进行初步统计、分析。结果 :2 0 0 1年DDDs排序前 2 0位的品种有 15个进入 2 0 0 2年的前 2 0位 ,而 2 0 0 1年零售金额排序前 2 0位的品种进入 2 0 0 2年前 2 0位的只有 11个 ;与 2 0 0 1年比较 ,2 0 0 2年抗微生物药物的品种增加 18个、零售金额增长 14 %、每日药费增长2 1% ;国家基本抗微生物药物品种的DDDs及零售金额比例呈下降趋势 ,但每日药费基本未变 ;口服制剂DDDs比率增加、零售金额比率下降 ,而注射制剂的情况正好相反。结论 :我院抗微生物药物应用广泛 ,应用情况基本合理 ,但有滥用趋势 。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate application and the trend of antibiotic drugs in our hospital in order to supply some references for medical staffs and some related units. METHODS: Taking DDD, DDDs, retail price (yuan) and daily cost as statistic index, the condition of antibiotic drugs used in our hospital during 2001～2002 was counted and analyzed. RESULTS: Of the variety which DDDs stood at the front 20 ranks in 2001, 15 drugs entered front 20 ranks of the year 2002; but of the variety which retail price stood at the front 20 ranks in 2001, only 11 drugs entered front 20 ranks of the year 2002; Compared with 2001, the variety of antibiotics in 2002 increased by 18, retail price increased by 14% and daily used drug cost increased by 21%. DDDs of the basic antibiotic drugs of our country and the ratio of retail price decreased but daily used drug cost didn't change.The ratio of DDDs of oral preparation increased, the ratio of retail price decreased but condition of injective preparation was just opposite. CONCLUSION:Antibiotic drugs have been widely used in our hospital. The condition of application is basically rational. But there is the trend of drug abuse, so it must be paid more attention to.
