摘要
本装置是利用装在提升电机轴上的霍尔传感元件作为反振式直流断续器的输入触发信号,以控制其定宽调频脉冲输出并与提升机测速器电压进行比较,当测速器电压与提升机实际运行速度不符时,差动继电器控制安全回路,对提升机进行紧急制动。
This device utilizes Hall sensing element installed on the hoist motor axis as the input triggering signal of the oppositely vibrating DC interrupter, to control its fixed-width frequency modulated pulse output,and to compare with the voltage of the hoist tachometer.When the tachometer voltage does not correspond with the actual hoist running speed, the differential relay actuates the safe circuit, so as to apply the emergency brake to the hoist.
