摘要 介绍一种利用废弃的铁粉及粘合剂制成的异磁材料,涂敷在异步电动机定子的开口槽或半闭口槽的槽口,改善定、转子磁隙的磁场分布,从而改善电机性能、降低损耗、提高效率,具有明显的节能效果。改造工艺可靠、成本低廉,易于推广。 The article introduces a kind of heterogeneous magnetic material made of discarded powdered iron and adhesive When the opening of the slot or the semi-closed slot of the asynchronous electric motor is pasted with it, the distribution of the magnetic field in the magnetic gap between the stator and the rotor would be improved. The characteristic of the electrical motor will thus be improved, the loss reduced and the efficiency increased, and an obvious energy saving effect obtained. The tansformation technology is reliable, the cost is low and the popularization is easy.
