胸腺因子D对老龄大鼠生长激素的影响

摘要 目的 探讨胸腺因子 D对垂体生长激素 ( GH)老龄性改变的逆转作用。 方法  雌、雄 2 1月老龄 SD大鼠各随机分成两组 ,一组隔日背部皮下注射胸腺因子 D2 mg· kg- 1 ,另一组及 6月青龄雌、雄对照组注射等量生理盐水 :连续处理 3个月后 ,用放射免疫法测定腺垂体组织和血清生长激素。结果  与雄性青龄对照组相比 ,雄性老年组血清 GH升高 ,垂体组织 GH呈下降趋势 ;给药后 ,这些老年性改变可部分得到改善 ;血清GH在各雌性大鼠间无差异。 结论  胸腺因子 D可逆转老龄雄性大鼠生长激素的老龄性改变 。 OBJECTIVE To study the retarded senile effects of thymic factor D on growth hormone in old rat.METHODS Twenty one month old female or male SD rats were divided into two groupe respectively.one treaded with thymic factor D(TFD) in the dose of 2mg·kg -1 sc every other day for 3 months,while the other and six month old SD rats with equal physiological saline After they were sacrificed the concentrations of growth hormone(GH)in pituitary and in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS The content of GH in serum in old male group was increased significantly when compared with that in young male control.whereas it in whole pituitary in old male group was apparently lower than that in young male group.However in could restore with TFD in old male group.But in our experiments it did not change in serum in the three female groups.CONCLUSION It was suggested that TFD may possess beneficial effects on retarding senile by restoring growth hormone in old male rats.but to female rats,there was not obviously.
