总结了近年国内部分局、矿在综采高产高效方的主要经验。包括万吨综采队工作面应具备的煤层地质、设备、人员及管理等方面的条件,以及遇到地质条件变化所采取的措施、技术装备的选型、提高辅助运输能力、改进工作面设计和强化科学管理等方面的经验。

This article summarizes the principal experiences in the field of high yield and high efficiency ot fully mechanized faces which are achieved recently from partial mine bureaus and cotlieries of our country. They include the conditions of coal seam geology,equipment, personnel and management which the fully Mechanized mining faces with the daily output of ten thousand tons should possess, as well as those in the field of the measures taken when the change of geological condition is encountered, the type selection of technical equipment, improvement of the capacity of auxiliary transportation, reformation of the face design and enhancement of the scientific management.
