摘要
对液压支架结构件的强度,采用有限元法运用计算机计算。模拟支架各部件的实际结构、多种承载工况和对应边界条件,选择不同的支撑高度,探索各危险工况下整机或分部件的位移和强度分布。结合型式试验数据进行了对比,从而得出较有普遍意义的结论。文中以ZZ5600/23/47型支撑掩护式支架为例进行了分析。
With the aid of finite element method, the strength of the structure of powered support is catcutated with computer. By simulating the actual structure of each part of the support, the various loading conditions and the corresponding boundary conditions and selecting different supporting height, the. displacement of the whole unit or each part or component and the strength distribution under various critical conditions are explored, a comparison is made in combination with the type test data. Then the conclusion with comparatively universal significance is obtained. In this article taking model EZ5600/23/47 chock shield support as an example, an analysis is car ried out.
