脑胶质瘤术后CT及MRI评估分析

Evaluation and analysis of CT and MRI of postoperative cerebral glioma

目的 探讨胶质瘤术后不同时期CT和MRI影像学特征,以期确切评估肿瘤切除程度。方法 随机对46例胶质瘤患者于术后3d、2周、3月分别进行CT和MRI检查并对比研究。结果 提示胶质瘤术后早期CT和MRI能准确反映颅内手术情况,而中、晚期因其出现非肿瘤组织强化反应,极易与肿瘤残存相混淆,影响判断。结论 术后不同时期常规进行CT和MRI扫描,可早期明确胶质瘤残留与否和复发,对判断预后有重要意义。

Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of CT and MRI of post-operative cerebral glioma in different periods and evaluate the resection of glioma. Methods 46 cases patients with glioma were randomized for examination with CT and MRI in 3 days, 2 weeks and 3 months after operation. The results were compared. Results CT and MRI in the earlier period after operation accurately reflected the resection of glioma, but in the medium or late period, they were stale due to nontumer-constitution enhancement reaction, liable to being mixed with tumor remains. Conclusion Routine CT and MRI after operation in different periods is accurate in reflecting the resection as well as judging the relapse of glioma.
