乳化液泵的润滑,特别是连杆大头与曲拐的润滑为关键部位,本文重点介绍一种结构简单的脉冲动能式润滑,及其注油量、注油压力的分析计算,这种方法与飞溅润滑相结合,使用效果很好,是介于飞溅与强迫之间的一种润滑方式。
The lubrication of the emulsion pump, especially the major end of connecting rod and the crank are the key parts of lubrication. This article emphatically introduces the pulse function lubrication with simple structure, and the analysis and calculation of its oil filling quantity and oil filling pressure. If this method combines with the splash lubrication, the operating effecll will be very satisfactory. It is a king of lubrication method, of which the effect lies between splash and forced one.
