空中救援中心是现代化特大城市防灾减灾必不可少的环节,加快成立上海市空中救援中心并将其纳入上海市救灾应急指挥中心是当务之急。需做好《上海市防灾减灾综合规划》,加强上海市空中救援中心与城市规划、消防规划、医疗系统规划及相关辅助产业规划的结合,强化城市防灾减灾的综合管理,提高全体公民的城市防灾意识。

Air Rescue Center is an essential ring in the disaster prevention and reduction in modern metropolitan cities. Therefore it has becomea task of top priority to speed up the establishment of Shanghai Air Rescue Center and to bring it under the control of Shanghai Disaster Reliefand Emergency Command Center . To do so it is necessary to prepare the <Comprehensive Planning for Disaster Prevention and Reduction inShanghai> and promote the combination of Shanghai Air Rescue Center with the planning of other industries and systems such as city planning,fire fighting planning, medical treatment planning and the planning of related industries. Also it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensivemanagement on the city disaster prevention and reduction to improve the citizen's awareness of disaster prevention in the city.[
