摘要
在分析SGW—40T刮板输送机机头架事故的基础上,提出了一种新颖的以横梁起刮板和分链器作用的导链装置,井下使用表明可避免卡链并提高机头架的强度和刚度。
On the basis of the accident analysis of the head frame structure of type SGW-40T scraper conveyor,a novel chain guide device which enables the cross bar to play the role of a tongue plate and chain separator is put forward. The underground applieation shows that it can prevent from chain seizure and enhance the strength and rigldity of the head frame.
