检查单位处于盲目状态一些地方政府和部门对本行政区安全生产工作研究不够,对安全生产中存在的难点、热点和重点问题没有进行认真梳理,做到心中有数,以至在国家部署检查时,难以将国家的要求与本地区安全工作中存在的问题结合起来,突出重点、解决难点,有针对性地进行检查,往往存在检查前无准备、检查中无重点、检查后不跟踪的状况.特别是目前对检查的效果无考核,检查组对检查的结果无压力,随意性大,往往看见什么检查什么,就事论事,带有一定的盲目性.
