摘要 目的 :检测严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者血清中抗 SARS病毒抗体与肺组织的反应性。 方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法检测 SARS患者恢复期血清中抗 SARS病毒抗体 ,并采用肺组织与抗体共同孵育的方法 ,吸附抗 SARS病毒抗体中同肺组织反应的 SARS相关抗体。结果 :与肺组织共同孵育后 ,抗 SARS病毒抗体被部分中和 ,中和率为 13.6 %~ 32 .2 %。结论 :部分抗 SARS病毒抗体可以与肺组织反应 ,SARS病毒抗原同肺组织抗原有部分同源性。机体对 SARS病毒抗原和肺组织的交叉免疫性可能是 Objective:To analyze the cross reactivity of SARS related autoantibodies and lung tissues. Methods: The anti SARS virus antibodies were detected by ELISA. Antibodies cross reative with SARS virus and lung tissues were absorbed by lung tissue. Results: After absorption by lung tissues,the anti SARS virus antibodies in the sera of SARS patients were partly absorbed; the absorption rate of IgG ranged from 13.6% to 32.2%. Conclusion: Part of anti SARS virus antibodies can react with lung tissue. There are possible common epitopes between SARS virus and lung tissue. Cross reactivity can partly explain the production of SARS related anti lung autoantibodies in the sera of SARS patients.
