术前肾功能不全心脏病患者围术期处理

Perioperative management of patients undergoing cardiac surgery with renal insufficiency

为评价术前肾功能不全心脏病患者的围术期处理 ,我们回顾性总结了从 2 0 0 1年 1月到 2 0 0 2年 1月 2 6例伴肾功能不全行心脏手术患者的治疗经验。通过分析明确这些患者术前肾功能不全的病因并给予积极治疗 ,术中和术后以相应的治疗措施改善肾灌注 ,使得本组患者术后仅有 4例死亡 ,而死亡原因均为肾功能衰竭 ,院内死亡率为 14 .5 %。所以我们认为 。

This study is to evaluate the perioperative management of patients undergoing cardiac surgery with pre operative renal insufficiency. We retrospectively reviewed our experience on heart surgery in 26 patients with pre operative renal insufficiency from Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2002. Factors contributing to pre operative renal insufficiency were identified before surgery and prophylactic measures were taken during and after surgery to optimize renal perfusion. There were only 4 deaths and all because of post operative acute renal failure; the in hospital mortality was 14.5%. We should take active measures perioperatively to prevent those patients from acute renal failure after cardiac surgery.
