摘要
在战略管理的概念、特点及程序等理论研究的基础上,分析了我国建筑业的现状和加入WTO以后建筑市场环境变化,指出了建筑业要在新的市场环境中抓住机遇、迎接挑战,须实施战略管理的模式,并为其提出多种经营战略、联合战略等具体的战略管理的举措。
On the basis of the theory research on concept, characteristic and process of strategy management, the writer analyzes the actuality of construction industry in our country and the construction marketing environment after joining WTO, points out construction industry must be executed strategy management in order to it can catch hold of opportunities and receive challenges and puts forward concrete acts such as multibusiness strategy, integration strategy and so on.
