摘要
通过对建筑企业核心能力及其构成要素的分析,建立了建筑企业核心能力的指标体系,提出了综合评价企业核心能力的一般步骤,并以某建筑工程集团公司为例进行了实证研究。
Based on analyzing the compose of core competence, an index system of core competence in construction corporation was set up. The paper suggested the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation should be adopted to evaluate the intension of core competence in construction corporation. Finally the result of this research was applied to a construction corporation.
