紫外谱线组图谱法研究中药配伍的化学成分变化 被引量:6

摘要 首次尝试用紫外谱线组法测试了当归、川芎、白芍、熟地及其相互配伍水煎液的环己烷、氯仿、正丁醇三种溶剂萃取液紫外谱线组图谱 ,并进行了分析。从总体来看 ,不同配伍的紫外图谱谱线组虽有一定的差别 ,但也有很多相似之处 ,且具有加和性规律可寻。发现了全方配伍———即传统补血名方“四物汤” ,有利于取代芳环类成分的溶出 ,推测此芳环类化合物与四物汤的补血作用有较强的相关性。 A group of UV spectra was used to analyze the difference of chemical constituents among radix rehmanniae, radix angelicae sinensis, radix paeoniae alba, rhizoma chuanxiong, and different prescriptions. The UV spectra of the solutions extracted by 3 kinds of solvents (cyclohexane, chloroform and butanol) from decoction of different prescriptions were determined. The group of UV spectra was different in brief. Yet many analytic prescriptions were similar because they have the characteristics of single herb. Specially, the prescription of four drugs all together--that is the famous traditional enriched blood prescription ′siwutang′, is attributable to the aromatic compound content in the decoction.
