科学技术创新本始于民间。科学技术体系化则以吸纳民间创新人才的机制作为补充。“民间科学家”问题反映出中国现行计划型科技体制与创新规律的矛盾。现有体制的改革将消除民间科学家与专业科学家的森严界限 ;倡导一种民间社会支持系统将有利于释放。

The creativity of science and technology starts from the folk culture. The systematism of science and technology absorbs the mechanism of talented person of folk creativity as a type of complement. The problems of 'folk scientists' reflects the contradiction between the system of current planned science and technology in China and the law of creativity. The reformation of the current system will dissolve the severe boundary of the folk scientists and professional scientists; and it will advocate a type of supporting system in folk society that benefits to release and organize the vitality of folk creativity.
