摘要
WTO框架中的《TRIPS》对我国技术创新的影响逐步显现。本文首先分析了我国知识产权所面临的困境 ,然后从模仿创新的本义出发 ,探讨模仿创新与自主创新的关系、模仿创新与知识产权的关系 。
