摘要
2 0世纪 70年代以后 ,战略变化逐渐形成为战略管理理论研究中的一个重要流派。本文简要介绍了战略变化的概念及有关发展 ,进而评述了战略变化的理性、学习及认知观点等三种战略变化的分析模式 。
After 1970s, the strategic change has been growing up to be an important stream of strategic management theory. This paper introduces briefly the concept of strategic change and its development, and reviews the analysis patterns of rational perspective, learning perspective and cognitive perspective of strategic change. Finally, we propose the existing questions and the next researching directions.
