介绍第3代聚酯新技术(NG3),流程为酯化釜—塔式反应器—经改进后的固相增黏系统。该技术工艺流程短,生产设备少,建设周期短,可以降低投资,减少折旧,在生产中可降低单耗及能耗,产品质量比传统工艺的好,是一项十分具有竞争力的先进技术。
The third generation PET new technique(NG3) is introduced,the process is from esterification autoclave to column reactor then to modified solid state polycondensation system.There are a lot of advantages of this process over normal one,the shortest production line,less equipment,shorter construction period and lower investment.During the production,the consumption of both raw material and energy are less,also the quality of products is better.It is a more competitive advance technique.
