针对组件结构、计量泵规格对FDY产品的影响,研究原料及各项工艺条件对产品质量的影响。摸索最佳工艺条件,在较小投入的情况下,可使原生产75～110dtex生产线,改造可生产44～75dtex的产品,又可提高原生产品种的优级品率。

According to the effect of spinning pack structure and metering pump specification on FDY product,the influence of raw material and various technological conditions on product quality are studied.The optimum technological conditions are tried to find out.Under the circumstance of less investment,the original 75～110 dtex FDY production line can be modified to manufacture 44～75dtex product,the firsts rate of the original product can be improved.
