Determination of polyester FDY quality by ACW/DVA instrument

讨论了ACW/DVA在线测试结果与FDY质量的关系。指出不同规格FDY产品的线密度离散系数(DS)、线密度变异系数(CV),计量泵系数(BGT)及线密度变异频率(DFV)应有不一样的控制范围。对75dtex/24f而言,DS≤2%,CV≤0.5%,BGT≤3%,DFV值控制10～13范围内较理想。

The relation between ACW/DVA on line test results and the FDY quality are discussed.It is pointed out that the DS,CV,BGT and DFV of FDY products in different specification should be different in controling scope.As 75 dtex/24 f FDY is concered,it is ideal to control the DS≤2%,CV≤0.5%,BGT≤3% and DFV value in 10～13.
