Since the operation of Tianjin PTA plant,the plant reached the design capacity,the safty and stable rotation with high load were realized by the means of optimizing and adjustment of the process,innovation of technique,reducing the nonplanned shut down operation,increasing the plant load.Also the plant potentials are tapped,the material consumption and energy consumption is decreased,the maximum benefit of the plant is realized.
