摘要
目的 :从肱骨髁上骨折多种治疗方法中筛选一种最佳方法。方法 :采用经防腐处理的儿童离体上肢 10具 ,制成肱骨髁上骨折模型 ,用钢针张力带 ,交叉钢针 ,牵引固定 ,夹板或石膏固定 ,经纵向及偏轴加载后测出各种固定时骨折的稳定性及内固定物的抗弯及抗旋转强度 ;并回顾评定 1984~ 2 0 0 1年 64 8例肱骨髁上骨折治疗效果。结果 :张力带钢针最稳定 ,承载最大 ,其次是交叉钢针、牵引 ,石膏夹板固定最差。结论
Objective To find the best method for supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods Ten embalmed children's arms were taken for supracondylar fracture of humerus,which was divided into five groups and fixed with tension hand pin,cross pin,splint,plaser and traction respectively.All the humerus were measured vertical force and rotated force.The therapeutic effect was analyzed retrospectively in 648 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus.Results Tension band pin group was most stable,followed by cross pin,traction,plaster and splint.Conclusion Tension band pin should be the first choice.
