摘要
利用热重分析和差示热重分析法研究了石油发酵尼龙1313在N_2气流中以不同速率升温时的热降解过程及其动力学,发现尼龙1313的热降解过程为一步反应;随着升温速率的增大,降解温度线性升高,降解率则变化不大;分别用Coats-Redfern方法、Ozawa方法和Friedman方法进行了反应动力学处理,确定尼龙1313的表观降解反应级数为1.0,反应活化能为277.8kJ/mol左右。
TG-DTG is used in investigating the degradation process and kinetics of nylon 1313 in N2 with different heating rates(β). It is found that the thermal degradation of nylon1313 is one-step reaction. The degradation temperature rise linearly with the increasing of β,whereas the degradation degree is not distinct. The treatment of thermal degradation kinetics has been conducted by Coals - Redfern,Ozawa and Friedman methods respectively. The apparent reaction order is 1.0. And the activation energy is about 277.8 kJ/mol.
