摘要
介绍了利用Moldflow软件对塑料注射模具进行优化设计的条件和方法。叙述了用Moldflow软件对生化试剂板生产申的冷却和填充进行的分析,并比较了三种方案的优劣,最终确定了合理的工艺方案。实践证明,利用Moldflow软件对模具进行优化设计,可节省设计人员的工作量和时间,减少设计费用。
The condition and way of optimum design about plastics injection mould by using Moldflow is introduced, the analysis of cooling and filling about the biological and chemical reagent board is depicted, the advantages and disadvantages with three projects are compared, and finally the project with reason is designed. The practice shows that the optimum design of the mould by using Moldflow software can save designers' workload and time, decrease the expense of design.
