摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),在C18反相柱上,以甲醇:乙酸溶液(3+397)=18:82为流动相进行洗脱,同时对栀子中的金尼泊甙、金尼泊甙酸及绿原酸进行了分析测定。试验结果表明,该法可使三种有效成分达到基线分离,峰形对称,测定快速,结果准确。
Three bioactive components, i. e. the geniposidic acid (GPA), the geniposide (GP) and the chlo-rogenic acid (CGA), in gardenia jasminoides ellis, were separated and determined by HPLC. The sample was pre-treated by extracting thrice the bioative components with water and purified on adsorptive resin, and finally determined by RP-HPLC with UV-detector. The 3 bioactive components were separated on polygosil-C18 reversed-phase column (250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm) with a mixed solution composing of methyl alcohol and acetic acid solution (3 + 397) in the ratio of 18 to 82 was used as mobile phase. It was shown that 3 bioactive components were separated at baseline and symmetrical peaks were obtained. Determination of GPA, GP and CGA in a sample was completed within 20min and the RSD's (n=5) obtained were 2. 52%, 2. 15% and 1. 85% respectively.
