摘要
对火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)间接测定血清离子钙的分析方法进行了研究。并和离子选择性电极法(ISE)进行了比较。对这两种方法用标准加入法进行一元线性回归分析,r=0.985。对两种方法进行t检验,t=0.442,P>0.05。FAAS间接法相对标准偏差小于2%,加标回收率为98.5%。并应用于老年痴呆患者血清离子钙的测定。
An indirect FAAS method for the determination of ionized calcium (Ca2+ 12H2O) in blood serum was described. Optimum conditions, including pretreatment of the blood sample and the working parameters of the instrument, were studied thoroughly. Standard calibration curve using standard calcium ion solution was prepared for the quantitative determination, and the M-H formula was modified in the calculation of plasma ionized calcium. Through a comparative study of the indirect FAAS method with the conventional ISE method, it was found that although the precision of indirect FAAS is higher than the ISE method [RSD's for FAAS method is 1. 61% (n=10) and for ISE method is 3. 2% (n=10)], but no significant differences are found between the results of these two method as tested by the t-test. Recovery of the FAAS method achieved to a value of 98. 5%. The proposed indirect FAAS method has been applied to the determination of serum ionized calcium in blood samples of Alzheimer's disease patients.
