间接吸光光度法测定废水中二苯胺 被引量:5

摘要 利用铁(Ⅲ)-邻菲啰啉混合液为显色剂间接光度法测定废水中二苯胺。对该法的测定条件、回收率进行了研究,结果表明,二苯胺在1~10mg·L-1范围内,线性关系良好,回收率为92.2%~98.6%,精密度较好。 Based on the reduction of Fe(Ⅲ) in the complex Fe(Ⅲ)-o-phenanthroline to Fe(Ⅱ) by diphenyl-amine, an indirect method of determination of diphenylamine by photometric measurement of the absorbance of Fe (Ⅱ)-o-phenanthroline complex at 510nm was described. The optimum acidity for the reduction reaction was found to be pH 4. 0. Beer's law was held in the range of 1-10mg of diphenylamine per liter of solution. RSD's (n=5) obtained at concentration levels of 1. 7mg · L-1 and 0. 3mg · L-1 of diphenylamine were 1. 92% and 10. 94% respectively. Recovery test was made by standard addition method in the analysis of five samples of waste water and results obtained were in the range 97. 2%~98. 6%.
