摘要
研究了汞与邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HBDAB)的显色反应。在Na2B2O7-Na2CO3缓冲溶液中有OP乳化剂存在下,Hg(Ⅱ)与HBDAB形成1:3橙红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于515nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.36×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Hg(Ⅱ)在0~20μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,方法应用于中草药中痕量汞的测定,结果满意。
In an alkaline solution buffered at pH 11 with Na2B4O7-Na2CO3 buffer solution, and in the presence of the non-ionic surfactant OP, mercury(Ⅱ) reacts with HBDAB to form a reddish colored complex having its absorption maxima at 515nm, and an apparent molar absorptivity of (∈515) 1. 36×105L ·mol-1·cm-1. Beer s law holds in the range of 0-20μg of Hg(Ⅱ) per 25ml of solution. The proposed method has been satisfactorily used in the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in water and in some Chinese traditional drugs.
