SARS病区护理人员焦虑症状及其影响因素的研究

Anxiety of Nurses Working in SARS Wards and Influencing Factors

目的 消除或减轻SARS病区护理人员的心理压力,保证工作的顺利进行。方法 应用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)对46名SARS病区一线护理人员的焦虑症状及其影响因素进行问卷调查。结果 65.2％的护理人员均存在程度不同的焦虑症状;SARS疾病的特殊性、复杂多变的工作环境、超负荷的工作状态、角色冲突等是影响其焦虑症状发生的主要因素。结论 SARS病区护理人员焦虑症状应受到重视,而做好超前的心理准备;营造融洽的工作环境和人际关系;合理调配,科学排班;提高医院管理者的支持;学会心理调适,合理宣泄;建立良好的社会支持系统对减轻或消除SARS病区护理人员的焦虑有一定作用。

To eliminate or alleviate psychic stress of nurses working in SARS wards, a questionnaire investigation was made of anxious symptoms and influencing factors by using Zungs SAS. The results showed that 65.2 percent nurses had anxious symptoms of varying degrees. Primary influencing factors included the particularity of the disease, complex and changeable working environments, and overloaded working status. The article proposes some suggestions on how to eliminate the anxious symptoms of nurses working in SARS wards.
