两种皮肤消毒法的效果观察

Comparison of Two Skin Disinfection Methods

目的 观察新型消毒剂保尔康用于术前术者前臂消毒及患者手术部位皮肤消毒的效果。方法 采用皮肤擦拭法和喷雾法对手术患者100例,参加手术医护人员500人次进行皮肤消毒。结果 喷雾法消毒效果优于擦拭法。结论 与皮肤擦拭法相比,喷雾法简单易用,灭菌效果好,用药量节约。

Objective To observe the skin disinfective effects of Bao-er-kang on preoperative disinfection of surgeons arms and patients operating sites. Methods Two methods, skin wiping and spraying, were used on 100 patients undergoing surgery and 500 person-times of surgeons and nurses, and the results of bacterial culture were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the wiping method, spraying was easier to follow, more effective, needed less consumption and took less time. Conculusion Skin spraying was a better disinfection method comparing with skin wiping.
