摘要
目的 :分析颌面部结节病人的临床表现并探讨其诊断及有效治疗方法。方法 :颌面部结节病 12例的临床表现、误诊情况、治疗及疗效等临床资料分析。结果 :临床表现多样化 ,以涎腺区包块为主要临床表现 ,术前误诊率高 ,为 11/12 ,病理检查是最可靠的诊断方法。手术治疗效果满意 ,复发率低 ,预后良好。结论 :仅发生于颌面部的结节病 ,手术是首选的有效治疗方法 ,但有复发可能 ;结节病发生于颌面部多部位者或全身多器官者 。
Objective: To explore the diagnose and effective treatment methods of Sarcoidosis in maxillofacial region. Method: Twelve patients with sarcoidosis in maxillofacial region were included in this study, The clinical features, diagnose, treatment effect were analyzed. Results: Various clinical manifestation were found in sarcoidosis. Misdiagnose was made in 11/12 patients. Histopathologic examinal was reliable diagnosis for this disease. Removement of the tumor by operation was choice of treatment sarcoidosis. Conclusions: Surgery is the principal treatment method for sarcoidosis which occurs in maxillofacial region only. However, when Sarcoidosis occurs in more than one place of maxillofacial region or multi-organs of whole body, combined of surgery and hormone therapy should be used.
