CNH-Mg^(++)K^+液治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的临床研究

Clinical study of CNH-Mg^(++)、K^+ solution on chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute-aggravated period

目的 :观察可拉明 (C) ,硝酸甘油 (N) ,肝素 (H)及Mg+ + .K+ 混合液 (CNH -Mg+ + .K+ 液 )对慢性肺心病急性加重期的疗效。方法 :治疗组 (30例 )应用CMH -Mg+ + .K+ 液 ;对照组 (30例 )用氨茶碱 ,可拉明 ,洛贝林 ,两组患者均给予吸氧和抗感染治疗。两组疗程均为 7～ 10d。结果 :治疗组临床症状的改善和实验室检查均好于对照组。结论 :CNH -Mg+ + .K+ 液对慢性肺心病急性加重期有较好疗效 ,且无明显不良反应。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of coramine, nitroglyceyin, heparin and Mg ++ .K + solution on chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) in the acute-aggraveted period. Methods : The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with CNH-Mg ++ .K + solution ,The control group (30 cases) was treated with aminophylline. coramine and lobeline. For both groups, Oxyen-given and anti-infections treatment were added. The therapeutic course were 3～7 days. Results: The clinical respiratory symptom and the laboratory examination in the treatment group were better than that in the control group after the treatment .Conclusion: There is a better therapeutic efficacy of CNH-Mg ++ .K + solution on CPHD in acute-aggravated period and no toxic reaction.
