摘要
首次研究科学施肥对月柿产量、质量及月柿根际土壤酶活性的效应,进一步探讨了土壤酶活性与月柿产量、一二级果率、土壤养分含量的相关性.结果表明:科学施肥能显著地提高月柿的产量和品质,增加土壤养分含量,增强土壤酶的活性;但是,科学施肥对月柿各生育期的根际土壤酶活性增强的程度各不相同.月柿各生育期根际土壤酶活性强弱的动态变化是:果实膨大期(花芽分化期)>成熟期>采果期>谢花期>萌芽期.月柿全生育期未发现对土壤酶活性的抑制作用,说明本项目的科学施肥水平尚未超过土壤酶活性的"最大临界范围",既能及时、有效地满足月柿各生育期对营养物质和能量的需求,又未过量.土壤酶活性与月柿产量、一二级果率、土壤养分含量均呈极显著相关,不同酶活性之间也呈极显著相关.
Effects of scientific fertilization on the yield and quality of persimmon and soil enzyme activity of rootregion were studied.The results indicate that scientific fertilization can significantly increase the yield of persimmon,improve the quality of the fruits,raise the soil nutrient content,and enhance the soil enzyme activity.The soil enzyme activity of rootregion is various at different growth stages of persimmon,and the dynamic variation of soil enzyme activity is:fruits expanding stage>mature stage>harvest stage>flowers withering stage>budding stage.The soil enzyme activity is not inhibited by fertilization at all growth stages,showing that the fertilization has not reached the level at which the soil enzyme activity reaches 'the maximum critical limits'.Soil enzyme activity is remarkedly correlated with the yield of persimmon,the first and second grade rate of fruits,and the soil nutrient content.The soil enzyme activities are also remarkedly correlated with each other.
