保守治疗根尖囊肿临床观察

Clinical Observation of Conservative Treatment on Apical Cyst

目的 探讨保守治疗根尖囊肿的临床效果。 方法 采用根管引流或根尖部唇侧开窗引流后根管充填剂适当超填方法保守治疗根尖囊肿。 结果 6 4例根尖囊肿治疗 2年后 ,痊愈占 6 5 .5 2 % ,好转占2 7.5 9% ,失败占 6 .89%。 结论 单纯采用根管治疗可以治愈较大的根尖囊肿。

Objective to investigate clinic effect of conservative treatment on apical cyst.Methods use root tube drainage or toot tube treating after opening a window in apical labium,conservative treatment on apical cyst,use the root tube filling agent suitable filling.Results apical cyst 64 cases after 2 years,recovery rate 65.52%,better 27.59%,unsuccessful 6.89%.Conclusion Simply use root tube could treat larger apical cyst.
