碘伏擦拭阴道预防剖宫产术后感染

Prevention of Infection after Cesarean Operation by Cerma San Iodine in Vagina

目的 探讨减少剖宫产术后感染的措施。 方法 对 5 8例剖宫产的产妇于术前半小时用 0 5 %的碘伏纱布擦试阴道。 结果 碘伏组术后病率、术后最高体温、伤口感染明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;术后发热持续天数、白细胞总数最高值比较 ,两组差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 碘伏用于预防剖宫产术后感染 ,效果明显 ,使用方便 。

Objective To discuss how to descrease the infection after cesarean operation.Methods 58 cases of cesarean operation were treated with 0 5% Cerma San Iodine sponge apply in vagina at half hour preoperation.Results Cerma San Iodine group's morbidity、 the heightest temperature、wound infection after operation was obviously lower than that of countrol group.compare fever continuous days、the highest of WBC total after operation,there was remarkable difference in two group's (P<0 01).Condusion Cerma San lodine can prevent infection after cesarean operation,the curative effect is significant,usage is simple,so it is worth to popularize.
