微波照射肛瘘术后创面疗效观察

Observation of Treatment Effect of Microwave Radiation on Anus Fistila

目的 为促进肛瘘术后创面愈合及减少肛瘘术后并发症的发生。 方法 将 2 84例分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组术后排便后中药熏浴、换药 ,然后微波外辐射器照射创面 ,每日 1次 ,每次 10min。对照组术后 ,除微波外 ,余同治疗组。 结果 结果显示两组在愈合时间及并发症的发生方面均有显著性差异。 结论 微波照射治疗是促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的一个很好的辅助治疗手段 ,且操作简便灵活 ,治疗无痛苦无副作用。

Objective to improve the healing of injury after anus fistila operation and reduce its complications.Methods divide 284 cases into treatment group and control group, for treatment group after their bowl movement give them Chinese herb medicine bath and dressing, then use microwave radiator to shine its surface once a day 10min/time for control group, besides microwave the rest is same with tneatment group. The results shows there's obvious difference in aspect of healing time and complication between the two groups.Conclusion microwave treatment is a good auxillary treatment for improving healing after anus fistula operation and its simple, easy, no pain, no side-effect.
