摘要
对甲醇装置弛放气处理方案中催化部分氧化法、非催化部分氧化法、膜分离法三种方案的工艺技术、能源消耗、效益情况进行了比较,并论述了膜分离方案在该项目中的实用性与优越性,即采用膜分离法操作条件温和,消耗低,可实现无人运转,节约成本。
