摘要
利用改进的酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶技术,对15个白粒玉米自交系籽粒进行分析,结果共分离出22条谱带,其中公共谱带2条,多态性谱带20条,单态性谱带(某一自交系特有的带)是4条,平均每个自交系共分离出l.3条多态性谱带,通过对电泳谱带聚类,可将15个自交系分为5类,第一类为(49×木_4)BC_2、白_3、D_(411);第二类为P_(98-1D-3-13)和P_(98-1D)白一号;第二类为唐B;第四类为P(98-4-5-2-2)、P_(98-4-5-1-3)、P_(98-4-21-2)、P_(98-4-4-3-21)、92选_(16-2-1)六-2-1和9237_(2000-1);第五类为20114和(白_3×Di)BC_2。聚类结果与已知系谱基本吻合,表明改进的酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术在玉米自交系类群划分上基本可行。
Electrophoretic analysis was made on the seed prolamins of 15 white maize inbred lines by APAGE techniques. 22 electrophoretic bands consisting of 2 common bands and 20 polymorphic bands were exhibited, there are 4 monomorphic bands which are included by specific inbred lines,on average, 1.3 polymorphic bands could be detected from one maize inbred line. 15 inbred lines could be clustered and classified into five groups based on electrophoretic bands. Group I includes (49 x Mu4)BC2 ,Bai3 ,D411. Group II comprises P98-1D-3-13 and P98_1DBai 1. Tang B belongs to Group III Group IV consists of P98-4-5-2-1,P98-4-5-1-3,P98-4-21-2,P98-4-4-3-21,92Xuan16-2-1,六-2-1 and 92372000-1,20114 and( Bai3 x Di) are in group V. The five groups by cluster analysis with APAGE conform to the pedigree method. The results of study indicated that it is practical to group maize inbred lines with APAGE techniques.
