万州区土地整理与土地利用/覆被变化(LUCC)

Study on land consolidation and land use and cover change in Wanzhou county

通过对万州区1990～2000年LUCC变化的主要驱动力分析及其主要地类变化预测,确定了土地整理的目标、重点,选择了土地整理区域以及制定了土地整理宏观政策,从而利用LUCC对土地整理效果进行了评价。结果表明,土地整理改变了万州区LUCC,优化了土地利用结构,提高了土地利用的广度和深度,重构了人与自然的和谐统一,使景观多样性指数提高、优势度降低。据此认为土地整理改变着LUCC,并进而对其优化调控,同时为保障土地整理规划、设计的合理性,又需要LUCC的研究提供技术支持。

Taking Wanzhou county in Chongqing as a case, the paper discusses land consolidation and land-use and land-cover change in county zone. By analyzing land use and cover change, primary driving power of change in Wanzhou county in 1990 - 2000,forecasting its primary landtype change,the paper obtains existent problems of land use,confirms aim and keystone of land consolidation, chooses regions of land consolidation, and institutes macroscopical policies. Finally, the paper appraises the effects of land consolidation with LUCC. The result indicates that land consolidation changes LUCC of Wanzhou county, optimizes land use structure, improves land use extent and profundity, redesigns harmony and unification of human and nature, advances landscape multiplicity index and reduces predominance degree. So this paper considers that land consolidation alters land-use and cover change, and optimizes and controls it. Simultaneously, land consolidation needs land-use and cover change to give technique sustenance to ensure plan and design rationality of land consolidation.
