摘要
随着我国加入世界贸易组织 ,市场竞争的国际化和白热化对企业的标准化工作提出了更高的要求。石油企业在劳动定员定额标准化管理方面存在着诸多的问题 ,已无法适应市场竞争的需要。要求得生存和发展 ,适应市场经济 ,就必须转变思路 ,下大力气重振劳动标准化管理。就定员定额标准化管理的认识和定位、资金和人员投入、标准化的研究和标准的贯彻执行等方面存在的问题和应采取的对策等进行了探讨。
With China's entry into the WTO,the internationalized and intensified market competition have set higher demands on the work of enterprise standardization.Many problems have been found in standardized management of manpower authorization and work quota fixation in oil enterprises so that the present practice can not meet the requirements for market competition.In order to survive and develop in the strong competition,great efforts should be made to change our ideas to improve standardized management of labour force.In this paper,an explorative discussion is made of the existing problems and advisable solutions in terms of proper understanding and placement of standardized management in manpower authorization and work quota fixation,capital and manpower investment,research in standardization,and standards implementation.
