试论医院药房托管经营的可行性

药房托管是近几年出现的管理模式。医院在保持产权、法人、人事关系不变的前提下,将药房委托给企业来经营管理,以提高效率,增加收入。实践表明,托管理经营符合医院的利益,有利于减轻患者的负担,有利于提高医院的管理水平,有助于药品流通领域的规范化经营,也符合政府卫生体制改革的精神,因此具有一定的可行性。托管经营也存在一定的风险,必须加强风险的防范。

Drugstore trusteeship, a new kind of reforming measure, has been adopted by many hospitals. The operation pattern is that the hospital entrust management of drugstore to a enterprise while keeping its property and artificial person unchanged. The enterprise must guarantee to provide all drugs for clinical use. This paper mainly analyze the feasibility of the implement pattern. Practice experience indicate that trusteeship is helpful to increase the income of hospitals, elease the economic burdens of patients, improve the management of hospital and promote the service level of clinical pharmacy. It is also in accord with state' s reforming policies. of course there are some risks in trusteeship, some measures must be taken to solve these problems. If we practise boldly and improve its operation continuously, the reformation of hospital will move towards a more reasonable direction.
