摘要
目的:论述了我国加入WTO和医疗卫生改革下,我国公立非营利性医院人力资源管理所遇到的问题。方法:对现状进行分析并提出了相应的建议。结果:在改变政府职能的同时,加快医疗体制改革,形成完善的管理模式。结论:科学、合理地利用人力资源,顺应了医疗卫生改革和市场经济的发展,使公立非营利性医院增加了可持续发展的动力。
Objective This article discusses the problems in public non profit hospital after joined WTO and a series of reform measures have been taken in China. Methods By analyzing present conditions and proposes corresponding suggestions.Results According to the authors, when the government is transforming its role, it is important for the hospitals to speed up system reform, enhance sustainable development capability by formulating well aganizeel management modes. Conclusion Scientifically and rationally untie the human resources, it is also in conformity with the development of medical reform and market economy.
