摘要
目的:采用海洛因依赖小鼠模型,探讨HBA对海洛因依赖动物免疫功能的影响。方法:实验分为正常组,模型组,HBA低剂量组(10mg/kg)、中剂量组(20mg/kg)、高剂量组(30mg/kg)和可乐定组(0.05mg/kg)。除正常组外均皮下注射海洛因,复制海洛因依赖模型。复制模型的同时给药,末次给药后,测定小鼠血清溶血素抗体、巨噬细胞吞噬指数和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结果:给药组小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能比模型组明显增强(P<0.05,P<0.01),溶血素抗体生成明显增加(P<0.05),血清IL-2水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:HBA可减轻海洛因依赖小鼠免疫功能的下降。
Objective: To investigate the effect of HBA on immunity system of heroin-dependent mice. Methods: 60 mice were randomly divided into normal group (n = 10) and model group (n = 50). All of the mice in model group were given heroin 16 mg/kg by subcutaneous injection twice a day for 10 days to cause their addiction to heroin. According to the experimental drug used and the dose, the model group was re-divided into 5 subgroups: control group (no experimental medicine was given to) , HBA low dose group (HL, 10 mg/kg) , HBA middle dose group (HM, 20 mg/kg) , HBA high dose group (HH, 30 mg/kg) , and clonidine group (CD, 0.05 mg/kg) , and the experimental drugs were given to the mice since the beginning of the process of the model producing. Serum hemolysin antibody , macrophagocytic phagocytose index, and interleukin-2 (IL-2) level were tested after the last treatment. Results: In groups of HL, HM, HH, the macrophygocytic function was intensified ( P < 0.05 , P < 0. 01) , the hemolysin antibody increased ( P < 0. 05) , and the serum IL-2 elevated (P < 0. 05) significantly, compared with those of control group. Conclusion: HBA can abate the decrease of immunity function in heroin-addicted mice.
