摘要
探讨在参考咨询过程中引入管理学中项目管理的运作机制,以客户为核心,突出客户的重要性和优先性,用这种企业化的管理方法重构整个参考咨询体制,将传统意义上的参考咨询机制变为面向客户、面向对象、面向现实的新型信息服务体系,促进参考馆员向信息咨询专家转变。
We would like to introduce a new type of clientele - centered model for reference work here. It is based on a mechanism of project management and emphasizes the importance of feedback between clienteles and librarians. To improve the efficiency of reference work, a new clientele - oriented / object - oriented / reality - oriented variety of modern information service system should be established as soon as possible.
