布美他尼注射液与4种输液配伍的稳定性考察

Compatibility of Bumetanide Injection Combined with Four Kinds of Injection

目的 :考察布美他尼注射液在 5 %葡萄糖注射液等 4种输液中的稳定性。方法 :在 2 5℃ ,将布美他尼注射液加入 4种输液中 ,模拟临床用药浓度 ,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸收度 (A) ,同时检查配伍液的 pH ,外观变化。结果 :布美他尼注射液与 4种输液配伍后在 2 5℃放置 8h其外观、pH值、含量基本不变。结论 :布美他尼注射液与 4种输液配伍 ,在 8h内基本稳定。

Objective: To investigate the compatibility of Bumetanide injection combined with four kinds of injection soluctions.Method: Changes of absorbency, pH, and appearance of bumetanide injection within 8 hours under 25 ℃ after combination of four kinds of injection as simulated clinic therapy concentration were measured and observed.Result: The significant change of appearance and pH, and content had not been observed within 8 hours under 25 ℃, when bumetanide injection were combined with four kinds of injection solutions.Conclusion: It is stable within 8 hours under 25 ℃ after Bumetanide injection combined with four kinds of injection solutions.
