微量升华法在中药材鉴别中的应用

Use of Microsubliation in Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medical Material

目的 :探讨某些中药材中有效成分在一定温度下能够升华的性质。根据升华物的结晶形状、颜色来鉴别中药材的真伪及品质的优劣。方法 :利用微量升华法得到升华物 ,在显微镜下观察结晶形状、颜色。并滴加适当化学试剂 ,观察其反应 ,来确定某些中药材的鉴别特征。结果 :对不同来源 ,不同药用部分的中药材 ,可根据其中升华物的特征来确定化学成分是否相同。结论 :微量升华得到的结晶物。为确定中药材的真伪及质量的优劣提供了可靠的依据。

Objective: To explore the nature of effective composition sublimation of some traditional Chinese medical material in certain temperature. The truth or falsehood, good or bad of traditional Chinese medical material were differentiated on the basis of the form and colour of crystal obtained by sublimating method. Method: The sublimated objects were obtained by application of microsublimation, the form and colour were observed under microscope, the reagents were added in to observe reaction, in order to determine the differentiating feature of some traditional Chinese medical material. Result: The chemical element of different course and different drug-used part of traditional Chinese medical material whether were same or not, which could be determined by the featur of sublimated objects. Conclusion: The sublimated object, which is from the method of microsublimation, can provide a reliable grounds for differentiating between truth and false, good and bad.
